Description
From 1973, entitled HAPPY END Japanese Bellwood records OFL-8 with Obi strip. HAPPY END is the greatest Japanese rock band. The members are Haruomi Hosono (bass, vocal), Eiichi Ohtaki (guitar, vocal), Takashi Matsumoto (drums, lyrics), Shigeru Suzuki (guitar, vocal). All members are now very very famous in Japan and a lot of Japanese artists follows their spirit of "Japanese rock". Yes, HAPPY END is the first Japanese rock band. There was not Japanese rock before their debut because all people thought that the ROCK came from England & U.S. and must be sung by English, not Japanese. So the history of Japanese rock begins from HAPPY END.
This album is their 3rd album and the last original album. The band recorded the songs in Los Angeles, the final track "Goodbye America, Goodbye Japan" was born in the session with Van Dyke Parks. The condition is great!! EX+ cover and Mint minus record. cover has a very little damage at spine (you can read all text!), but no seam sprits, no writings. The record has no hairlines and very nice sound. Obi is EX+ condition. No problem and this is real! (not colour copy) This copy also has lyric insert and the band photo inner sleeve. Unique Japanese rock and pop psych! All songs are sung in Japanese. This is the chance that you can get the real great Japanese rock! Very rare even in Japan!!
