Description
Here is the Rare/Scarce, seldom seen, 1962 LP (DEMO /PROMO) from Bob Dylan
This was Bob Dylan's 1st LP.
Released on Columbia CL 1779 (MONO) this LP has the red and black label with six Columbia "eye" boxes.
Both sides have "DEMONSTRATION RECORD - NOT FOR SALE" pre-printed on the label.
The front cover has a silver and black sticker "A NEW STAR ON COLUMBIA RECORDS"
The back cover has "DEMONSTRATION RECORD - NOT FOR SALE" stamped on it in a pinkish color
Matrix numbers are XLP-55619-1A on side 1 and XLP-55620-1A on side 2

RECORD CONDITION: In the VG++/EX+ range.
COVER CONDITION: EX (has a nick at the right and some very minor age wear where the LP is inserted
INNER SLEEVE CONDITION: Plain white paper sleeve.
I have scanned the front cover with the LP, the back of the cover with the LP and a close of Side 1 of the label showing the "DEMONSTRATION RECORD - NOT FOR SALE" printing.
