Hate to let this one go but I have my eye on some old rare Cash locally (Johnny that is) so here goes... First let me say SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!! I have a considerable amount invested in this one (My reserve) and I hope to get that back, and quite honestly, possibly make a little profit to feed my new "habit" of collecting old "Hillbilly" Vinyl. If you do not like the price or cannot afford to pay, please do not bid. This Rarest of all George Jones LPs is sure to skyrocket when George finally moves on to greener pastures, and in all reality, I hope I do before him, I would hate to see him go. This is from the very beggining of Starday Records, LP-101. titled Grand Ole Opry's NEW STAR GEORGE JONES COUNTRY SONG HITS. Please feel free to research the avaliability of this album and what copies have sold for in the past.

CONDITION: Record itself is in immaculate condition, very, very light surface scratches (I hate to even call them that) on surface. Im not sure if you can see them in pics, I tried to take side pics but they are very hard to see. I can not see them up close looking directly down at album. Nice bright shine to both sides. Label is superb. Great color and clear print, no signs of wear at all on label. There is still yellow on the inside of mounting hole suggesting very little (if any) play. Handwritten (pen) on sleeve is "George Jones-Country Song Hits" Cover front and back has great color, very minor storage wear on front. Both open end corners have a small tear "separation" along crease (SEE PICS) On upper left rear cover corner, written in pencil is "3.98"
