Up for auction here is the June, 1981 issue of the Rat magazine (formerly Mouth Of The Rat), published by Dave Ratcage of Ratcage records. This issue is a big foldout photo special--it unfolds to approximately 22x34". The only bands I recognize in the photos are the Bad Brains, maybe Black Flag, and maybe the Stimulators. Given the time and place and guy behind it, I'm sure it's chockfull of NYHC luminaries. Zine is printed on very cheap newsprint, and the very edges are starting to split ins ome places, but it's in amazingly good shape all things considered--the folds are solid and there aren't any tears on the creases. Bid hard!
