Rattle & the CBSO in the Mahler 2nd Symphony. I was fortunate enough to be at the last performance the night before the recording of this, which has gone on since then in 1987 to become the definitive account. It was an incredible experience, we all knew something special was happening and I could not wait to have this recording. Audiophile EMI DMM New Old Stock.
