Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

  • This beautiful box set has never been played.
  • It is the First Pressing of this box set.
  • All tracks are the original Mono recordings Ray made for the Atlantic label.
  • The saw cut upper right indicates this was an in-house Promo.
  • Includes a 12"x 12" 8-page booklet with liner notes and detailed credits.
  • Liner notes are by the renowned music critic Nat Hentoff.
  • The lift off box is paper on thick board with no corner bumps of splits. There is a 1/4" scuff on the right edge of the box lid.
  • The inner sleeves are plastic with the Atlantic Deluxe logo on one side of each sleeve.
  • This is a one-owner that the Seller got new from Atlantic Records in 1982. It has been in storage for 36 years.
