Description
Here's a copy of the long-gone Reaction LP on the German Little Wing label from the early 1990s. This is a limited edition reissue of the self-titled 1972 Polydor album from the German progressive group (as far as I know, Reaction’s only release). The original LP is featured in Hans Pokora’s 2001 Record Collector Dreams book, and is described by noted rare record dealer Walter Geertsen as a "blistering guitar driven German hardrock beast with a Black Sabbath touch."
This reissue was licensed from Polydor and I presume was done from master tapes (certainly sounds like it). Like most Little Wing releases, it features redesigned cover art (the original had a picture of a mouse on it). This copy is #489 out of 500 pressed; the sleeve’s a nice Ex, with just a small sticker stain on the upper right front, and the inner sleeve is M-. The disc looks and plays M-. A very tidy copy – I believe this is another instance where I’d forgotten I owned the record and bought it a second time!
