A top drawer funk LP that was also issued on Blue Elephant (Dutch pressing). This here is the Brazilian pressing. I don’t know much about the band. The music is superb. Heavy bass, screaming organ and tight drumming. The band played with much feeling. The singers don’t dissapoint. Great vocals. My favorites are "Acapulco Gold", "Guyana Groove" and the organ funk track "Mack One". It's hard to find better organ grooves on Brazilian/European records! Overall, a dope mixture of Brazilian Soul and European Funk. VERY EXPENSIVE at stores. You’re chance to buy this copy for cheap. No reserve!
The titles speak for themselves. Straight Funk and grooves. The musicians take it to the top.
