In Sept of 1977, Ole Miss had a home game scheduled in Jackson Mississippi against the eventual national champion team, Notre Dame. Pre game one of the ND players when asked how they would defend against Archie, quipped "Archie Who?....that lit a fire in the undersized Ole Miss team that was used to practicing and playing in hot, humid Mississippi heat. Notre Dame not so much as they lost that game and a legend was made... this record was put out on the faster than speed rush basis and was devoured by Ole Miss fans hungry for a memento to help capture and keep a special moment in their sports history and this record certainly fills that bill. One could use the words scarce or ever rare to describe it as it surfaces very seldom. Why? Folks that bought them back in the day over 40+ years ago hand them down in the family so they just do not make it out into the market much at all. This one is a glossy VG+ with nice labels and vinyl. Sure to please the next owner either playing or framing.
