Record UK Pye Original Acetate: Will the Real Geraldine Please Stand Up And Be Counted, Scrugg - Rock Record glossy, great condition. Label Gray/Whitish & Black UK Pye Records Ltd - Clean Label which is just written in Red Geraldine Scrugg, Jan 17th - no marks, no stickers - no year but research on internet shows 1969 which has to be confirmed. I would say record looks like NM but under bright light I see couple of very faint surface scratches...hard to see ...but looks like new...and to be official, I would say or sell as VG++ but I don't see that ++ grade in the other section. Original Record Sleeve on this Geraldine Record marked Picadilley Distributed by Pye Records (Sales) Ltd., Green, Black, and Yellow...to be safe...MIGHT say VG++ for sleeve with very slight wrinkles but nice both sides of sleeve and no tears or marks. Record is scanned...not a photo, but if enlarged zoom, appears nice image. Shipping for USA. My recent research showed Pye as apparently the period label for British Groups first performing in England. I personally know nothing about Scrugg but this appears to be collectible based on checking internet sites.
I was not familiar with the UK Group Scrugg - but quick check I saw eBay Auction sale ended January 13, 2019, for UK Pye 1968 Actetate One- Sided Scrugg Song Lavender - Popcorn - sold $169.82
I have a box of all like new Great Britain labels of 130 records or so which I possibly may list in the future - with most pop but almost a third British Invasion some known or lesser known - appears groups in England and some who had USA Hits, and many pop personalities from USA on Great Britain Label. Includes about 33 Shirley Bassey 45 RPM and couple of Montana Acetate like the one on auction now for Geraldine.

Shipping Note: I received a question from overseas through eBay Network...I clicked to reply and note read that I cannot do this as I have pop up blocker on...and on my Dell Laptop I do not see how to change that setting. So I answered through the eBay System on the Auction Site. Although dealing with eBay since 1999, I avoided overseas shipment so minor issues do not turn into major problems - but not much trouble to ship to oversseas site as elsewhere, and at this point, assuming cost not much more and I'll have to check details at post office...I've never done a change in shipping cost through eBay System as I always showed the flat charge or free shipping but eBay advised can issue separate invoice later with correct charges instead of immediate pay through Paypal. Will do some checking
