      Label are NM-          Cover Jacket is VG++  no splits
     Side 1 Light medium surface noise with light scratches seen under strong light.   
     Side 2 Same as 1 above.     
         Note:  I am relisting this rarity because the previous buyer stated that it was over graded and in his opinion it warrants a VG instead of a VG+.  Please note I grade overall: the Cover, the label condition and playability side 1 and 2 .  If You want a good copy this is it, if You want Near Mint, expect to pay 900-1000.  I sell record at a more than fair price.   Ask any question before buying and ensure You have a good quality needle or stylus.
