Description

Poet and Peasant Overture by the 22nd Regiment Band of the New York National Guard.. Listed as Victor Herbert's Band, which it was not. Herbert would sue Zonophone for falsely using his name on their records. A court case that opened up all the fake actions of the Zonophone.


Victor Herbert never recorded for Zonophone. Every early Zonophone Record with his name on it is fraudulent.


This record is in Good condition. But good for its age. It has a lot of bass as you will hear.
