Description
RED GARLAND TRIO - GROOVY, Prestige 7113, deep groove pressing, RVG in dead wax, 446 W. 50th St on labels, 447 W. 50th St on jacket.
On this 1957 classic, the musicians are Red Garland (piano), Paul Chambers (bass), Art Taylor (drums).
The tunes are C-Jam Blues, Gone Again, Will You Still Be Mine, Willow Weep For Me, What Can I Say Dear, Hey Now.
Condition of record overall is E, no scuffs, no scratches, a couple of spindle marks, play clean & quiet. There is a small pressing defect on side A track 2 that plays through with a low level sound for about 1 minute. Otherwise the record is a solid E. Laminated jacket shows some overall wear, top seam is split about half way from right. Name written on back in red marker, 1/2 inch letters.
