Description
Type: Original 1st pressing of High Pressure - Red Garland Quintet with John Coltrane on the Prestige record label PR 7209 Mono first Pressing. Record etched with matrix identifiers PRLP-7209 A / B RVG.
Condition: Very nice copy especially when considering the age. Record sleeve shows some minor surface flaws, corner bumps and light wear, still very presentable with a small (2") inner split at top left when looking at the front of the album and occasional outer spine wear. Inner sleeve is the Prestige inner sleeve with a split at side and a modern acid free sleeve has been included. The record has been play tested with no problems and is very clean with occasional pops to remind you that you are playing a record. It retains original gloss with only the most subtle and minor surface imperfections noted in what I would consider to be in the NM range. There are etched markings from the previous owner in the dead wax that do not affect play. Photos will demonstrate any flaws. Please check images carefully and ask any questions.
