This is a true ORIGINAL US PRESS from 1999 
*** Unicorn Copy. There were two 1999 Pressings. One with white labels and one with Burbank labels. Mine came with an LP1 with the white label and and LP1 with featuring the BURBANK LABEL!!!! - SEE THE PHOTOS
This was not standard. The record company didn't typically mix the two variants. Both were very limited. Both have the same 1999 matrix numbers. But if you bought the album, you either got the one with the white labels or the Burbank labels. Not a mix. I, however, managed to get one of each when I bought this copy. And it remained sealed for nearly 15 years before I opened. So I never knew.
