Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Red Hot Chili Peppers – By the way – Original Vinyl LP album from 2002.
Original pressing from 2002. Made in Germany
Has "AOL Keyword Red Hot Chili Peppers" on the bottom of the back of the sleeve. Only the original pressings had this.
- Matrix / Runout (Side 1): B266458 01 A1 MK
- Matrix / Runout (Side 2): B266458 01 B1 MK
- Matrix / Runout (Side 3): B266458 02 C1 MK
- Matrix / Runout (Side 4): B266458 02 D1 MK
Vinyl Condition: VG (Some light sleeve rubs and light sleeve lines but nice condition and playback. Some light crackle and a few minor clicks and pops but no sticks or jumps. There is a minor scratch on side 3 which causes a few clicks but nothing major. Nice playback overall and a great album).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG
Outer Sleeve Condition: VG (Some minor edge and corner creases. Some scrapes towards the bottom of the back of the sleeve. The front has a sticker on the bottom left presumably from the original shop of purchase. The lyric sheet also has the same sticker on one side. Overall nice condition).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
