Description
This is a vinyl LP copy of Red Hot Chili Peppers' 1987 album The Uplift Mofo Party Plan on EMI/Manhattan Records. This was the first RHCP album to enter the Billboard 200, and the last to feature all four founding members. Following the tour to promote the album, guitarist Hillel Slovak died of a heroin overdose and, distraught at the loss of his friend, drummer Jack Irons left the band. "Fight Like A Brave" was the single from the album and "Me And My Friends" has been played on every tour since making its live debut in May 1986.
Vinyl is EXC; superficial cosmetic blemish on Side 2 does not affect play. Cover is EXC. Original inner sleeve with lyrics is EXC with one slight tear. Has been play tested and vacuum cleaned. Please see pictures for further condition, and feel free to ask questions!
