Description
Up for auction is a rare original 1959 deep groove mono pressing of the Red Rodney Quintet featuring Billy Root ‘Returns’ LP on Argo Records LP 643. Other musicians include Jay Cave, Danny Kent, and Frank Young.
Record info:
Strong VG+ with some minor surface noise. It plays great!
Cover info:
VG+ with general wear. Solid seams with no splitting. It has some minor corner wear and creasing. The front cover has very minor ringwear.
Label / Pressing info:
Deep groove mono.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
