This is the LP Relatively Clean Rivers by Relatively Clean Rivers. This is the edition put out by Radioactive Records, 0994 of 1000.  This is a NM copy disc and cover.  Please read up on this band they are one of the top examples of the underground private press genre of rural rock psychedelia.  It is hard to find originals or other editions of this one so be sharp with your bids.  Thanks for looking.
