Contains the complete soundtrack from Biohazard, the first and original 1996 Japanese PlayStation release of Resident Evil. It contains all of the music, including: both the Japanese and North American versions of the opening; all Battle Game tracks, exclusive to the Sega Saturn port; all unused/beta version tracks; the menu music from the Biohazard Complete Disc, a bonus disc included with the Director's Cut of the game; and the Japanese vocal credits song, Icy Gaze.
Comes in a double-wide soft touch jacket with reversible artwork, an obi, and a 8-page replica of the Keeper's Diary that has journal entries, credits, and the track listing.

New - Perfect condition jacket and record.
Never played.
Pretty hard to find due to how rare it is.
