About Me:
Like probably you, I'm first of all a collector and appreciate honesty and communication. A lot of the items I sell are coming off my personal collection or I acquired while shopping for other stuff I collect. I am trying my best to supply photos from every angle so you get a full look at the items before committing to buy. There's a limit of only 12 photos on eBay but if you wish to request more specific photos please do get in touch and I will gladly assist you further. I believe communication goes a long way so if you have any concerns please send me a message and I will try my best to address it.
Shipping:
Items will be well packed in padded envelopes or cardboard to keep them safe during shipping. I never pack my items in simple plastic bags or just paper.
I will aim to use Royal Mail most of the times but sometimes because of parcel size and weight I might have to use courier. This usually only happens with items which are too big and weight over 2KG. In case it is a big item I will more than likely use UPS or DPD. If you have concerns about the shipping method used, please get in touch with me before committing to buy so we can discuss it further.
Your order will be dispatched the following business day. Sometimes I might be able to dispatch same day. Please do allow a margin of error in delivery estimates as in some rare cases parcels might take longer in transit and that is out of my control.
Returns:
For your peace of mind I will be accepting returns in case an item is not as described or gets damaged during shipping. But do yourself and myself a favour and inspect the item photos and description so we avoid paying postage back and forth. I spend a lot of time with taking photos and detailing the item listing so when you decide to buy something you will receive exactly the item you ordered. Returns won't be accepted in the case where brand new items were unsealed or digital content was included in the sale.
