Rest In Pieces - Under My Skin LP. 1st Pressing. Roadracer Records. 1990. NYHC. Hardcore Punk. Condition is "Used".
The record is pretty scuffed up with a lot of Light scratches. Most of look to be pretty harmless and not likely to cause a skip or anything but with this many there is always the potential that one or two could be more serious. At any rate there will likely be some pops and clicks and perhaps some surface noise, but I would guess that it still sounds pretty decent. G+
The insert has some general Light wear from handling and a 3 inch seam split on the bottom edge. There also a couple Very faint, dark spots. VG
The cover also has a bit of wear and tear. There is Light ring wear on front and back. It' is not very noticeable on the front. There is the usual handful of short and faint veins near a couple of the edges. The top right corner has a longer but even more faint vein from a minor bend. It is a bit longer and more pronounced on the back cover. The spine edge has Moderate wear and a rip at the center right on the band and album title text. The corner tips have Moderate wear, leaning towards Severe, but just at the tips. G+
Grades that I use are G-, G, G+, G++, G+++, VG, VG+, VG++, VG+++/EX, NM. I won't be describing anything as M or MINT unless it is unopened and the packaging is completely unblemished. Records that have never been played but HAVE been opened, will be described as Near Mint or NM. These are the adjectives that I use when describing damage: Very Light, Light, Moderate, Severe, Catastrophic. To describe damage in between those ranks I say things like: "Moderate leaning towards Severe," "Moderate leaning towards light," or "In between Light and Moderate"...just for example.
