One of the best space age bachelor pad covers of all time...and in NM condition! Soundproof has the duo of Ferrante & Teicher playing the piano like nobody else -- plucking the strings, hitting them like vibes, and sticking in all of these weird bits to create a "prepared piano" sound that far surpasses the ideas that even John Cage ever came up with! And through all of this, they always manage a hi-fi swing -- working the piano to come up with amazing tracks that sound more electronic than acoustic, a perfect fit for the space-age cover of the album! Titles include "Peg Leg Meringue," "Tico Tico," "La Cucaracha," "Loose Ends Meringue," " Cumana," and "Frenesi." The cover art features an iconic flying saucer shot taken from the MGM movie Forbidden Planet.

LP itself is conservatively graded at NM condition. Cover is in NM condition.
