Description
Star Wars: Return of the Jedi
This is an original motion picture soundtrack on LP (vinyl record). (They don't make 'em like they used to!)
Music composed and conducted by John Williams, performed by the London Symphony Orchestra
The cover was signed in silver ink by John Williams, and it was donated to a NJ Kiwanis club in 1991 for a celebrity auction. However, it wasn't able to be included in the auction, so it was carefully packed and stored for a future fund raiser.
A tiny (1/8") notch was cut into edge (near the bottom right corner) to prevent retail sale, but the cover is otherwise in like-new condition, as is the record. A 2-sided, fold-out mini-poster (11" x 22") is also included with the album. (One photo has some glare; the poster is NOT faded at all.) We'll also include the letter that accompanied the original donation, from Maestro Williams's assistant at the Boston Pops.
