Reuben Wilson and the Cost of Living: Got to Get Your Own. Original CADET pressing from 1975. LOW RESERVE.
Rare funky/soul with some proto-disco/premodern soul elements. Strong social commentary on social/economic oppresion in the 70's . Really consistent album that flopped upon release but has become a rare groove classic.
Grading:
COVER: NM-: In Shrink. No dents, dings or creases. Crisp corners and deep color retention. And no ring wear. Pristine is the word that most describes this.
Vinyl: VG+: Clean, still pretty shiny, and only a few very light marks. Tiny light mmarks that are completly non-audible. Sounds great, crisp playback. No background noise. Clean labels with no spindle marks. Really loud pressing.
