This is a circa 1969 U.S. stereo (remastered) copy of the 1964 Reverend Gary Davis Lp "The Guitar & Banjo Of The Reverend Gary Davis", Prestige PRST 7725. The record is in near mint and the cover VG+ condition with corner and seam wear. "VAN GELDER" is stamped in the trailoffs.
