Condition Record/Sleeve: Mint-/EX+ (record immaculate, DREAM audio. Cover clean and unwritten, like new, with corners only tiny "eaten")

Extra Info: Italian prog/singer sonwriter KILLER !! Rare original Italina 1st pressing on the CGD label + fold-out cover ...MINTY dream audio .. RARE ....

Fantastic album .... What a Find !! Fantastic discovery of an Italian singer of the 1960s who I had never heard of and yet his songs who incredibly familiar to me. The fact is that this singer, Riccardo del Turco, sang a number of songs that then became famous when they were covered by other more famous singers and groups. So his 'Uno tranquilo' was then covered by the Tremeloes, Joe Dassin and others and became a very well known song. The Tremeloes renamed the song 'Suddenly you love me' and Joe Dassin 'Suffler sur la colline' and there is even a Russian version by the Soviet group ?????? ????? (The Singing Guitars) called the ??????? ?????????????? ( The Cyclists song). The same thing happened with others of his songs like Luglio and Cos'hai messo nel caffe'? Reading some more about Riccardo del Turco he was the kind of singer who just refused to change his life and suddenly become popular. He avoided the limelight- his song 'Uno tranquillo' seems to have been an excellent self-description. Well it's great to learn something about Italian singers ... What a great voice this man has ... and production of this album is stunning !!
