CONDITION EXTRA ### Richard Clapton's first Live Album with contributions from Jimmy Barnes & INXS!!! ###  Both Vinyl Records are described as Excellent in condition. Record 1 has a reasonable number of extremely fine hairlines & sleeve marks on each side of the record, none of which are feelable. Record 2 has a few extremely fine hairlines & sleeve marks on each side, again none of which are feelable. The Cover is described as Very Good Plus & is structurally sound with no seam splits. Some dark stains along the bottom edge & opening edge of the cover. Slight creasing & a few half-cm tears along the opening edge. Dark ring wear with some discoloration on the surfaces. A few cracks with some paper loss along the spine. General wear to the corners/edges. The Inner Sleeves are clean, intact & in Excellent condition.
