See my other auctions this week for some nice rockabilly and garage 45s! Here’s a very rare 45 by Richie Marsh and the Hoodwinks! Richie Marsh would later go on to fame under a better known psudonym… Sky Saxon, leader of the psych band known as The Seeds. This single, from 1961, is far removed from anything by the Seeds… it’s a doo wop teener 45. The songs are “Half Angel” and “Baby Baby Baby”. It's on the Acama label, number 125. The vinyl grades VG++ and the labels are clean, just a pen marking of “3/61” from the original DJ who used this copy. File this one under “before they were stars”… very hard single to find!
