Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

 

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

 

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played
  • All the tracks on this compilation are the original monaural recordings.
  • Nelson is arguably the one who popularized rock 'n roll performances in a weekly TV series, "Ozzie and Harriet". He performed one of these songs with his band (which included Elvis' future guitar player James Burton) in the family living room at the end of the show every week.
  • This copy has never been played.
  • It is pressed on thick vinyl.
  • The clean corner cut indicates this was a Promo, not a cut-out. Record companies typically did not do promo runs of compilations with dated songs.
  • The paper-on-board cover has tight seams and shows some storage wear.
  • This is a one-owner that the Seller got new from United Artists Records in 1975. It has been in storage for 43 years.
