FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING to the Buyer who uses the Buy It Now Option BEFORE bidding is put on the auction before it ends. Then simply put payment through and the next day I will mail out both Lp's to you. Then once the $$$ the buyer sends clears into my account then I can send the refuns for the S&H. Unfortunately, now that eBay forces any Seller to use their 'Managed Payments' I am forced to wait 1-4 days for the payment to clear. Unlike PAyPal where the $$$ goes in right away. Blame Ebay, Not me!!! lol
Up for Sale are TWO (2) RARE and Hard to get later period Rickie Lee Jones albums from 1989 & 1993. 1st is the 1989 cult classic Flying Cowboys with hits like Satellites & The Horses. 2nd is the album from 1993 Traffic from Paradise featuring a great cover of a Classic David Bowie song Rebel, Rebel.
The Lp for Flying Cowboys I will rare at a VG,it needs a medium to deep professional cleaning to take away alot,if not all of, the crackles heard here and there on the album. On top of that there are some pops heard on both Sides. Side 1, song 1 has some pops at the beginning of the song with intro early heard crackle. Song 2 has some crackle and a few light pops,Song 3 has a few lou pops that can be heard as does Song 4 & 5. Side 2 has crackle here and there and a pop here and there. If this detracts you from buying or bidding on this auction I completely understand but this way you are informed and there are no surprises.
The Lp for Traffic from Paradise I will rate somewhere between a strong VG+ and Vg++ only because it has some very light surface scratches but nothing serious. It could use a light cleaning to help enhance the listening experience but nothing super deep.
The Lp covers BOTH have water damage on them. Traffic from Paradise shows the worst,especially on the back, it must've been stuck to antother record or piece of paper and then it was removed on the back bottom. There is also some writing on the back from a previous owner. Thre Lp for Flying Horses has some basic to medium water damage on the bottom,the Flying Cowboys inserts appears to be okay from water damage. The Traffic from Paradise shows soem wear from water damage but othr than that it is okay.
