Rideout - Someone Special VG++ Classic Bay Area Boogie 45! Killer synth-driven rare boogie track with instrumental on the b-side.
You are bidding on a VG+ 45 of Rideout's "Someone Special". Original pressing, this record has not been put on any compilations to my knowledge. This copy is in great shape, with some surface noise at the beginning that fades out soon after the song begins. After the first 20 seconds the noise is almost unnoticeable (see soundclip below). Loud pressing, glossy vinyl.
If you're into boogie, this is truly a must have. I don't even listen to boogie and this was a tough one to let go of. A very obscure single that never reached far beyond the San Francisco Bay Area, except in the hands of collectors and DJs, this is one of those 45s that's in constant demand because it's just plain good.
