Description

Riki Sorsa - Reggae OK 7" single (CBS 1072) Finland 1981

Riki Sorsa - Reggae O.K., Finnish Eurovision Song contest entry for 1981, 45 rpm 7" vinyl single in original picture sleeve. This is the original Finnish language version of "Reggae OK".

Also interesting for collectors of Scandinavian progressive rock as one of the composers of the music for both sides of the single is Jim Pembroke, the lead vocalist of Wigwam. Kim Fowley also gets a writing credit on the B-side track "Autograph" - which is not the same song as the Pembroke-Fowley track "Autograph" that's on the Wigwam lp "Tombstone Valentine". Both sides have been published by Love Kustannus, the publishing division of Love Records.

I will ship the disc in a polylined inner outside of the sleeve.

GRADING:
I use Record Collector magazine grading system.
I do not grade the cd / dvd / vhs / minidisc etc jewelboxes / cases unless these are special custom ones or have stickers on them. These kind of cases are generic and can be changed, if you would like to have these graded for any item offered please ask in advance of bidding.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EX: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing

VG: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable

G: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
