Description
Here is another stereo Lp from the estate of the German man in the military in the 1970’s who sought the best sounding album pressing by The Beatles in the world. This 1976 USA early pressing is like a layer was peeled off the top where you can hear nuisances & background vocals for the first time. You can hear how his Beatle mate George Harrison really created “It Don’t Come Easy” & “Photograph” for Ringo to have his first few hit singles. On “Only You” the background vocals of Harry Nilsson & John Lennon are pure magic. You have never heard “Early 1970” in its analogue glory until till you hear this record. This ‘Hot Stamper’ pressing must have been mastered from the original stereo analogue mixes. The German audiophile collector played this once on his Technics Direct Drive turntable & then carefully stored it away. I played the album today on my Thornes td 320 turntable. The cover is also in Mint- condition still mostly in the factory shrink with 4 square corners & no seam splits. Also included is the original inner sleeve. Thanks Frank
