Description:
Up for sale is an incredibly rare find: a vintage, factory-sealed UK import pressing of Ringo Starr’s 1970 debut solo album, Sentimental Journey, released on Apple Records. Finding 1970s UK Apple pressings still sealed in their original US-style import shrink wrap is highly uncommon.
As documented in the listing images:
Front Cover: Features the iconic photo of The Empress pub in Liverpool. It features a vintage orange "Record Theatre 3.98" price sticker on the top right of the shrink wrap
Back Cover: The shrink wrap is fully intact across the back. The text at the bottom right explicitly reads "Printed and made in Great Britain by Garrod and Lofthouse International Ltd." alongside the "An E.M.I. recording" credit
Tracklist: Features Ringo's classic interpretations of standards arranged by music royalty including Paul McCartney, George Martin, Quincy Jones, and Maurice Gibb.
A top-tier collector's copy for any Beatles completionist looking for a preserved UK artifact.
