Description

Here’s a wonderful artifact of West Coast rock and roll history: an original Columbia studio acetate of the Rip Chords’ great track “Here I Stand.” The artist is written on the label as “Phil and Ernie,” referring to members Phil Stewart and Ernie Bringas; of course Bruce Johnston and Terry Melcher were the other two members of the Rip Chords, as well as the record’s producers. The disc is in excellent condition.
