STILL IN FACTORY ISSUED SLIPCASE STYLE PROTECTIVE CARDBOARD WRAPPER.

Metropolitan Opera soprano Rise Stevens sings Irving Berlin favorites.

Old store stock from Hart's Records in St. Paul, Minnesota. Hart Callender also was a local distributor for other independent record stores. He closed his operation in 1951 following an auto accident. He moved his huge inventory in the basement of his home until his death in 1996. He always hoped to get back into the record business but never did.
