PLAY TESTED! I recently played this LP and it sounds AWESOME!
AS A BONUS I HAVE INCLUDED A Black & White PHOTOCOPY OF THE SUPER RARE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER. I like to add a PHOTOCOPY of the hype sticker if I have it as an added bonus as they are usually discarded and are hard to find.
Up for sale is one (1) Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow - Self Titled / Debut LP from 1975 on Polydor Records (#PD 6049). NO BARCODE.
Features, of course, Ritchie Blackmore, formerly of Deep Purple on lead guitar. Also features future member of Black Sabbath, The One, The Only, RONNIE JAMES DIO on vocals!

First pressing with "The Wasp" and KENDUN etched in the dead wax signaling a high quality mastering.
The Vinyl is in Very Good condition, but has visual surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with a Very Good grading. Even with a Very Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly more noticible during the quiet parts.
The gatefold cover is in Good+ condition(if not for the initials this would be graded VG as it is structurally sound) with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, crumples, scrapes, dings and ring wear all of which are typical. There are initials written in pen in the upper right front corner. There are NO split seams.
This cover typically doesn't age well. but this one is in pretty good shape.
Nice fairly clean labels with some spindle marks.
The LP is being housed in a plain white inner sleeve.
I obtained this LP in the mid 1970's. It was gently played back in the day. It has not been played in over 30 years.
