This is Ritchie Valens...La Bamba & Donna...Del-Fi  ****Acetate**** 45 rpm Test Pressing 1957 or 58

This is an original 45 rpm metal Acetate... Recorded on Capitol Custom acetate for Del-Fi Records.....

These metal acetate recordings were produced for the manufacturing pressing of the records to sell.  I don't think this is really what you would call a "Test Pressing" this is accually one step before the test...

This is very rare simply due to the fact that so few were produced, probably just a hand full or less.

This being an acetate of Ritchie Valens! ****rock and roll history*** A piece that should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.....!!

I played each side for about 15 seconds, sounds very nice...

There are some issues with the condition of the labels...see pics

La Bamba side has two chips of the acetate vinyl, you can see the metal....see pic.

The color is not yellow as this pic shows, more cream color.

I'll start this treasure out low and let all of you guys fight this one out....
