Riz Ortolani - Mondo Cane: Original Motion Picture Sound Track Album (Film Score Vinyl Record LP)
Good US import – despite noticeable defects to vinyl and cover.
The iconic mondo documentary movie (1962, dir. Gualtiero Jacopetti, Paolo Cavara, and Franco E. Prosperi) was narrated by Stefano Sibaldi.
Condition VINYL: G+. Clean on visual inspection. Lots of marks and scuffs and a few very obvious hairline scratches each side. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is good overall - but very good in places. Run-ins are crackly with some static and surface noise. Static, clicking and surface noise elsewhere (eg. through scratches) and during quieter cues/fadeouts, but some cues sound better than others. Plays with no jumping, skipping or sticking but may jump on some players. OUTER SLEEVE/COVER: G. Colours clear and unfaded on thick card sleeve. Corner scuffing. Bottom edge worn, top edge has more wear and long split halfway from aperture. Light wear on aperture, Spine has scuffs/cracks but main text is readable. Reverse has some yellowing and foxing, with light scuffs and the odd creases. INNER SLEEVE: G+. Original United Artists mustard yellow paper picture sleeve (likely a later issue based on album cover releases shown, eg. Goldfinger). A few creases and corner folds and side splits to all three sides but intact.
