Description

Robbie Williams reissue (2013) of his 4th solo LP "Swing When You're Winning" originally released in November 2001. Robbie Williams started his career in the British boy band "Take That" from 1990 to 1995.
Plastic has some bubbles, but doesnt effect the cover.
This album is a departure for Williams singing show tunes and swing covers plus original songs penned by Williams and Guy Chambers.
The album features duets with actors Rupert Everett, Nicole Kidman, Jon Lovits and Jane Gorrocks (of British tv fame AbFab). The album features a duet with Frank Sinatra who died in 1998, on the song "It was a very good year", in which the instrumental backing track is sampled from the original Sinatra recording, the first two verses are sung by Williams, and, for the third and fourth verses, Sinatra's original vocal track is used. Additionally, backing musicians for portions of the album include the London Session Orchestra.
Reached number 1 on the UK charts.
This is an amazing album wonderfully orchestrated. If you are a fan of Robbie Williams it's a must. If you are a new fan a unique album of his to have.
Some of the songs included- Mack The Knife, Somethin' Stupid, Well, Did You Ever, Mr. Bojangles, One For My Baby, Me And My Shadows. 14 songs in all.
Hard to find reissue, sealed made in the EU.
