Description

A Black Roots UK pressed white label from the end of 1981. Catalogue number BR 25. The A side utilises Sugar Minott's " African Girl " rhythm. The B side is the heavier and rootsier of the two. The runout groove has " Jah Is My Life " engraved in it as opposed to the word Light in the title. The B side is the same rhtyhm as Barry Brown " Jah Jah Never Sleep ".  The vinyl is graded visually VG. The white labels are old labels reversed so there is back to front writing faintly visible.........I have hand written the artists and titles on myself........although the words " Never Get Away " was already hand written on it when I bought it.  Both sides play without pops or crackles or surface noise, it's worth noting that the DJ cut of the A side is all on one channel with the rhythm on the other!
