Description
ROBERT LOCKWOOD, JR.: I’m Gonna Dig Myself a Hole/Dust My Broom (Mercury 8260); recorded 1951 in Chicago. Fine post-war blues with Lockwood’s superb guitar and hot band. Looks V/V+, couple scratches, but plays through fine and sounds much better; scar and tape on label; tiny rim chip not into grooves.
I’m helping a friend auction off his collection of fine old time, blues and ethnic 78s. There are some wonderful records, so check my other listings and keep checking back. Due to my schedule these listings will be spread over several weeks time.
Ebay does not allow a shipping charge over $4.00 for records sent by Media Mail. It could be one CD or a large bunch of 78s sent together, they impose this same limit. To provide sufficiently protective packing we require the additional $2.00 fee for record. Total for packing/shipping: $6.00
