Definitely bad-ass Colombian salsa dura/música tropical record with Robert whose vocals sound like Héctor Lavoe! Tracks A1, A4 and B1 are credited as composed by Adela Martelo De Arroyo, who was Álvaro José “Joe” Arroyo's wife at the time. But those are actually Joe’s compositions that he gave to his wife because of his exclusivity contract with Discos Fuentes. “El Mulato” (B1) is the very first recorded version of the song that eight years later would become one of Joe Arroyo's signature songs: “La Rebelión.”
