Condition Rating: Near Mint/Near Mint

Extra Details: Box and sleeves are in near mint condition, records are in near mint condition. This box set is complete with paper work and three records from the Rock USA radio station during the week of September 23, 1983. These have a lot of different songs on it from being used on a radio station and seem to be very rare as I cannot find much info or another for sale. GIVE ME YOUR BEST OFFER! Product has not been tested please make note of that.

The record in the photo is what is for sale, the condition will be rated from Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good, Excellent, and Near Mint. Please take a close look at the photos and ask questions as that is the majority of the description. I am not a pro at grading records and most of these have been in storage for a long time. Light, medium and heavy scratches may also be present along with warping, moisture and heat damage but I will note it if I see it. I do not know how to clean records therefore I have left them in their original state to be handled by the customer. I will try to reflect the condition in the price, pictures, rating, and extra details as best as possible. I try my best to make sure you receive the item that is expected but I am not an expert of records and these have not been tested.
