Description
Lew Williams, Cat Talk b/w Gone Ape Man, on Imperial 5394. G to G+ shape with tons of scratches, but nothing deep. A-side label has a sticker, the remnants of some adhesive tape, and a small tear. B-side label is clean. Small edge chip that doesn't intrude on the lead-in groove and has no effect. Cat Talk plays well, with a bed of surface noise in the background. I've included unmanipulated audio of the entire song, so you can hear what it sounds like. Gone Ape Man plays noiser--too noisy to enjoy, IMO, without a lot of EQing and manipulation. Don't buy it for that side. But a legitimately rare and sought after 45.

MINT- Perfect or virtually perfect.
VG+ Light marks, full shine, great looking record
VG Still fairly shiny but clearly a used record, light scratches, will play well but with some surface noise
VG- Played or used more heavily, lots of scratches, more pronounced surface noise, but still plays through okay
