Description
I am offering a handful of choice hillbilly/rockabilly bop 78 RPM records today. Though not a collector myself, (more of a 45rpm guy)- I am familiar with the grading scale, and packing and shipping requirements expected by the buyers. These are the top titles I found in an estate sale over the winter and appear to be un-played to very little play and are conservatively graded VG+ to EX with full shine, no hairlines or edge chips. Most likely from an old radio station in the area. Please review the photos I have provided, I have checked the audio on these, but all I have is an older Numark portable with no way to upload sound files. Please bid with confidence, discs will be packed in a 12x12x6 inch box, a few panels of stiff cardboard on each side- taped together then bubble wrapped, placed in a nest of grocery bags, wadded newspaper on all sides- "floating" in said box with no movement. This is a No Reserve auction with $9.99 starting bid. Overseas buyers can win all 5 discs and pay $26 First Class Shipping. Carl Perkins "Honey Don't/ Blue Suede Shoes" on Sun. Disc is a strong VG nice shine and play, a few scuffs and light scratches, nothing to affect playback, sounds amazing- could use a professional cleaning for maximum quality playback- collector will be pleased.
