Hello everyone,
I'm selling 7 LPs of Rockabilly and Rock n Roll. Details follow with their grading, record first and sleeve second.
Loving You RCA RC 24001 Elvis Presley Elvis' 1st RCA album. Marks and scratches throughout. Crackle is very light at times and very loud at other times. 1 jump. Plays with very clear vocals and no distortion. G- / G -
Mercury Rockabillies Mercury 6463084 Early Conway Twitty & Big Bopper etc. A few short very whispy sleeve removal lines and minor imperfections. Lovely quiet background. VG + + / EXC -
Rock and Rhythm White Label LP 880 Alton Loft, Danny White, Bobby Hebb, Ray Harris etc. Only very minor imperfections. Excellent quiet background. EXC / EXC +
Pure Rockabilly Vol 1 Club PRLP 001 Warren Smith, Hollis Champion, Roy Campbell, Bill Haney, Freddy Hart etc. Lovely. Beautiful quiet background. EXC / EXC
Pure Rockabilly Vol 2 Club PRLP 002 Bob Luman, Curtis Gordon, Red Smith, Vern Pullens, Jimmy Patton etc. Beautiful quiet background. VG + + / EXC -
Pure Rockabilly Vol 3 Club PRLP 003 Link Davis, Skeets McDonald, Ray Doggett etc. Some shadowy marks, non-sounding, and small imperfections. Lovely quiet background. Visually VG -, Audio EXC. VG / VG + +
20 Great Rockabilly Hits Cascade DROP 1009 Charlie Feathers, George Jones, Bill Mack, Johnny Todd etc. A few fine horizontal lines, non-sounding and minor imperfections. Nice quiet background. VG / VG + All records are shiny and dead flat excepting PRLP 003 which has a very slight lift on on side, one per rev, which lessens to not at all by halfway. the other side is barely noticeable for the first track and then disappears quickly.
All have plain white inners which are excellent excepting Elvis which has it's original which is a little finger marked but fine. The records have been played all through to listen for audio imperfections but for peace of mind I do offer a money-back guarantee if my description is not fitting.
The discs have been cleaned on a Pristine Vinyl ' ViVac ' record cleaner. An excellent machine.
I play my records through all valve amplification and a Hana SL cartridge and Shibata stylus. This combination is very sympathetic towards listening to LPs as it gives an inky black background, where appropriate, and it is fully recommended.
