Description

Rod Stewart - An Old Raincoat Won't Ever Let You Down. Original 1970 Vinyl LP UK on the Vertigo Swirl Label VO 4 Matrix 1Y & 2Y. Gatefold Sleeve and original Vertigo Swirl Inner Sleeve.

Vinyl is in Fair Condition. The first side has a fair amount of fine scratches and a few marks that look more serious but have no depth so that side plays back okay with just a little light crackle. The second side again has fine scratches and a handful of starker looking marks, again not deep, and these only create some 'pops' on playback. I have played the album all through and you can enjoy it.

The Gatefold sleeve is in fair condition with lots of wear around the edges, splits on the spine, bottom edge plus the tear you can see in my photo of the back of the sleeve. Despite this, it is generally robust.

Spiral inside sleeve is the original Vertigo Swirl. One side is in good condition and the other is the one photographed which has a few folds and slight tear around the centre. Other eBay sellers sell reproductions of these (non-originals) at £11.00 each!!!!
