ROD STEWART - 'EVERY PICTURE TELLS A STORY

This exceptional sounding genuine 2-sided UK white label TEST PRESSING dates from just prior to its June 1971 release

Both sides of the disc have plain white factory labels

 Matrix numbers: 6338063 1Y//1 v 4220 111 & 6338063 2Y//1 v 4220 11

Disc weight: 141g

Housed within an original U.S. printed cover & original poly-lined inner-sleeve

Both are clean, white and unblemished with just a handful of light spindle trails around each unworn centre hole

Visual: EXCELLENT

Both playing surfaces are extremely clean and bear no scuffs, scratches or any other handling wear in strong daylight. There are two small dull/clouded areas towards the edge of the disc on side 1 ,but apart form that and a few harmless inner-sleeve removal hairlines beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp, there is nothing more to fault.

Sound Quality: NEAR MINT

An outstanding sounding disc which was amongst the first copies pressed and the sound quality is unbeatable. Apart from a few faint 'swishes' at the beginning of the first track on side 1 (due to the aforementioned blemishes), the sound is flawless throughout.

Cover: EXCELLENT
